DEAD MAN'S SHOES 2020

Dead Man’s Shoes endeavours to bridge the gap between un-gendered design and fashion-conscious aesthetics for children between the ages of 3 and 11. The selection of un-gendered design is to allow young minds to play and experiment without the anxiety of gender divided fashion. The intention is to pair traditional construction techniques with unique tattooed upper motifs that pay homage to a past era of American traditional tattoo, while still appealing to the modern fashion trend setter, subsequently producing a juxtaposition between the adult artistry of tattoo and the innocence of childhood.
